I just noticed the Similar Images block on Imgur. What powers it!?

It's powered by Reddit. It will show other images from the same subreddit that the image is in. So for example, if you got there by clicking on an image in /r/fffffffuuuuuuuuuuuu, then it will display other images in /r/fffffffuuuuuuuuuuuu.

If others agree...

The yellow border is not very visible on light colored images.

It would be great if selected images get a more prominent highlight...

The new backend is pretty awesome. The only thing missing is the Select All button that can be shown for functions like delete/edit/code generate. Please consider this!

I understand that 99.9% of the visitors to Imgur would not have it disabled. But still... Make them work for folks like me who likes to browse the web with JS disabled!

I'm sorry Sushubh, but there are no plans on doing this. JavaScript makes browsing through images in albums extremely quick and easy because the page does not have to be refreshed. In fact, the entire site uses JavaScript pretty heavily, and I'm surprised you're able to do much at all without it. I suggest downloading the NoScript extension and whitelisting Imgur.

I believe uploading from the account backend has no limit on the number of images. The limit I believe was 40 on the homepage. Is this correct? Any plans to remove this limitation in the future?

Also, please mention the limitations of HTML5 uploads. I remember you answering it on Twitter. Would be nice to have the details here.

i use this extension pretty much daily. the new imgur seems to have broken this feature.
