403 Forbidden on jsfiddle.net

Loading images from http://fiddle.jshell.net/ seem to have been blocked for some reason. Why this, did you suspect a DDOS attack?

I posted earlier a ticket reporting a similar problem ... Seems like they blocked (any?) external downloading for some reason...

No, it is not any external downloading - just with a certain referer. As your Java program surely does not use jsfiddle's referer, I suspect them to be different tickets (Which UA does your program use?)
