how to add title to photo

I cannot figure out how to add a title to an uploaded photo of mine. I just started! Am I stupid? -__-

After uploading an image there's a "Edit title / description" link in the top right.

i am having another problem..i want to leave a link in my image description...how can i do that?????

you need to write the full address in the description box i.e. "http://youraddresshere.com"

That should do the trick.

I am doing this and it is not working.
