order captions by upvotes, and display # of upvotes, downvotes and total score on each caption, to reduce downvoting

Build the community by adding achievements/trophies/ribbons etc. for completing certain tasks

Please prevent users from downvoting comments that no longer appear on the corresponding image's page via user profiles.
