How to you change the cover image on an album?

Can't find a way to change the cover image on an album.

Click on change album settings and then click on the current album cover to select another.

Gif loading problems...?

I have no idea why, but I can't upload a gif... It gets uploaded, but doesn't appear on my files. Could you help me out?

What happens when you try to upload it? Does it not appear at all or does it appear as a blank box? Does it say upload successful?

Not possible to upload images by URL that are from Amazon's S3

Images from Amazon S3 have a special authentication/time key behind the URL to the image that makes imgur "not support" the filetype. Is there a way to go around that? Maybe by ignoring the HTTP GET?

I'd be happy to look into this. Could you please provide me with an S3 URL for testing?

Auto rotating of images when exif data calls for it.

Some cameras have orientation sensors and indicate that an image needs to be rotated in the exif data. I don't believe imgur reads the exif data and rotates it.

Views don't update in real time. They are calculated and then updated all at once. Your images has 629 views.

Gallery Profile>Comments page enhancement

On the Gallery Profile>Comments page, it would be nice if you could view who/what you were replying to with your comment, and who replied to you all on the same screen.  It helps to put your comment in context.  Alternatively, when you clicked on your comment, instead of taking you to the image in a general view, if it expanded the reply nodes to show your comment, that would help too.


When you go back after a week, you don't always remember what you were talking about, and this would help immensely :)

mobile site

When I have viewed Imgur on its mobile site recently, I've noticed that the images don't always correspond to the caption/comments. Today I viewed a picture that was supposedly a girl and her cat, but I saw an extremely gory gif of an animal dying instead.  It usually happens with gallery postings of multiple images. The image corrects itself when I switch back to the desktop site.

Everyday I'm on Imgur about 4-5 hours. I almost miss my bus to work and barely have enough time to shower. I get yelled at by my girlfriend every time she notices I'm on, but despite all this I wouldn't change a gosh darn thing . I just wanted to say I love you all and thank you for the awesomtasticradiculousatic work you do. (There is no word to describe what you all do for every Imgurian. So I had to make one up.)
