Sorry about that. This is a bug, and something that I thought was already taken care of. I'll get it fixed ASAP.

P stands for page, and a page represents one day of images. The limit of 200 means that you're going back 200 days, which is very close to the beginning of the gallery's creation (with a small buffer so that you can still scroll a little bit).
Also, yes, the p option works in all three modes.

I'm really sorry about that. That was an error on our side. It was fixed shortly after you posted this.
It's actually already like this. The sizes are created on the fly the first time you access them. So, if you never access them, then they are never created! It's pretty awesome :)
It looks like this is possible with some new HTML5 features. If enough people ask for it here, then you'll have it!
Thanks for letting me know about that. It's been fixed.
I don't understand. Nothing is out of order, it's just displayed a little differently because they are broken down by days. There was no separation by days in the old version -- it was just all lumped together.
If you want to see all the new stuff, click on the "new" link and everything new from today is right there. Then if you scroll down, you get more days with stuff sorted by the newest.
I've gone ahead and just removed the footer links from the gallery page. You can still find them on every other page on the site.
