I don't know why all the images from imgur can not be loaded from my country (Vietnam). All the links are dead, no one else can see them, but my friends who live US got no problem at all... Is this on your end or our ISPs?

We have not blocked Vietnam from this end and things should be working properly. Check with your ISP.

Can't share my imgur pictures by selecting "Share on X"

X = The site that I want it to share to -- Reddit is what I mainly want it shared to.


When attempting to select Share to Reddit or anything else, nothing happens. When I click on them it just clicks them and nothing happens like I said. I am running Google Chrome without any extensions. Do I need an IMGUR google extension or?

When using the Chrome extension "Hover Zoom" and viewing the imgur Gallery, when mousing on thumbnails if the thumbnail image is part of a Gallery (multiple images) and the name is the same and another users uploaded image, it will zoom to that users image instead of the Galleries image used in the thumbnail. hope that makes sense

Getting a white page instead of seeing images in some albums.

Some of my albums (not all in other words) show as a white page instead of showing images within the album when I click on them, it doesn't matter if i'm logged in or not when this happens. I tried changing settings to see if that was the cause but it doesn't make any difference.

I posted this picture in the gallery and tweeted you with it with the hope that you guys would see it. Unfortunately, it didn't get many votes and I have trouble believing you guys check the tweets. Here is the link...-http://imgur.com/gallery/XRc4l . The problem I see it solving is while a user is browsing through the gallery, he or she will now not have to scroll down in order to confirm whether or not he/she voted on it. Choosing either A, B, or C (or combination), would help to mitigate this inconvenience.

When i go on "http://lucaxvi.imgur.com/all/" i can select 'Non-album images', but when I refresh the page All the images come back. So I suggest to make permanently Non-album images in that page by making a direct link to them or by adding a new issue in profile's settings.

Uploads stuck right before finishing.

So I wanted to upload two images, and the first one starts uploading fast, but just a little bit before it's finished uploading, it gets stuck and stays there. I've tried again countless times, but it gets stuck at the exact same place and the exact same time.

I know it sounds lazy but whenever someone refers to another caption I hate having to search through the captions to find it. It would be nice to have a feature where you could just click on the person's name or "see more" or something like that, just like they have on YouTube and it would bring you to their comment or show a box with the comment.

Problem with "liked" images

I'm not sure if this is happening to anyone else but i recently went into my favorite images i.e. "liked" images and it says that i don't have any. since it was fine before the reply button update i assumed that something could have happened as a result, so I went to "like" another image and went back. it still says i have no liked images yet the image is still "liked" the image still has my green up arrow under it, there's just no shortcut there anymore
EDIT: they're back now. don't know if you guys did anything on your end but thanks anyways. have a great day

Whenever I use the Large Thumbnail option, I get an image that is the same size as the original. I'm using Windows Vista and Firefox 7.01.

The large thumbnail is 640px wide. If you're image isn't that big to start out with then it will just show the original image, which is smaller. It won't try to make a thumbnail that's bigger than the original.

Tums ad starts with sound, and disables scrolling while being played.

There's a tums ad that shows up pretty consistently. It starts with sound, which is annoying, but then if you scroll to comments, you are unable to scroll while the ad is playing. You are also unable to pause or stop the ad. This is with the latest version of Chrome.

I love imgur. One thing I would like is if we could have more room to comment. I know most of the time it'd be totally unnecessary, but for the times when I have a little more to say, it'd be nice to not have to write 3+ captions. m

Recently we've found we're getting the forbidden message on a rugby forum. I found a previous bug message (link below) and suspect it's something similar. Unfortunately certain posters have the occassional fondness for boobs and posting pics of them. Can you please confirm if that's why we're being blocked and if possible unblock us.

I have posted a message asking them not to use it for 'naughty' pics in future. And as an aside quite a few of us had said enough is enough with the boob pics a few weeks ago so I think it should be fine in future.

There is a prompt at the top of my screen asking to upload images that won't go away. This makes browsing so cumbersome that it's not worth it. I then tried to upload an image and the page freaked out. I go to my "images" page and EVERY LINK (even to return to the gallery) opens up an image folder on my computer... WHAT?! I did try turning it off and turning it on again (IT Crowd WHAT?!) but to no avail. It ended up uploading one of my photos but now I can't get into it to edit or post to the gallery. It's all a mess. :-( Last night it was kicking ass and now I'm sad....

On the Gallery, every time I try to scroll to the bottom to access the FAQ, Contact Info, or Blog, the page loads more images and scrolls it down again.

I've gone ahead and just removed the footer links from the gallery page. You can still find them on every other page on the site.

I did add a gallery with 73 pictures, and now some complains that the cant download the whole gallery, they need to start download for each file.

I cannot seem to upload using browser extensions again. For example this link does not work and loads the homepage.

It's really not a big deal, but when using the popular hoverzoom extension for Chrome on the new gallery, it displays some HTML along with the image.

I have noticed you have sorted the editing bug and you no longer need to clear your cache for your edit to take affect... great job!

Imgur is by far the best hosting site i have used and i use if every day to host my screenshots.. thank you!

In the end, 99% of images I upload, i use the file size that i upload. Rest of the image sizes are just lying there consuming disk space for you. 

Let the user create the file sizes on demand. 

This is assuming that images are resized on upload and all the copies are stored. I do not think you are creating the different sizes on demand!

It's actually already like this. The sizes are created on the fly the first time you access them. So, if you never access them, then they are never created! It's pretty awesome :)
